The CMTIR, S.A. is an company with more than 25 years of history, it was constituted in the mid-80s with the goal of providing road services to the internacional market.
In 1993 following a guideline determinated by its current shareholders chooses to diversify its business area offering transportation services for perishable/food products (transport of controlled temperature), once the market was under-performing in the provision of such services and at the same time operators of large food distribution initiated a strong period os expansion.
